You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspace.

You retain ownership of URLs, keywords, prompts, brand details, schemas, generated drafts, and other content you submit or create. You grant CyrumRank permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

AI-generated recommendations, schemas, content fixes, and reports may require review before publication. You are responsible for validating accuracy, legal compliance, brand fit, and third-party publishing requirements before using output externally.

Paid plans, usage limits, renewal dates, taxes, and payment terms are shown during checkout or in the billing dashboard. Continued use of paid features requires an active subscription in good standing.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected systems, submit malicious content, violate third-party rights, or use the service to create unlawful or deceptive materials.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the product. We aim to provide reliable service, but availability, third-party integrations, and generated results are not guaranteed.
